Ever since I got into health and fitness, my life transformed for better.
At first, I started it as a hobby. I liked the results of healthy nutrition and exercise on me so I kept on researching more and more about it. I got fascinated by the information so one day I decided to take it seriously and study it.
I read a lot about health and fitness and got certifications in nutrition, wellness and coaching. I even explored the psychological side of things by studying behavior science and food psychology.
Now, I pass on my experience, knowledge, and skills to help people transform their lives as I did.

This course is well worth 5 stars in my opinion. There is so much information in it, and yet it is not at all overwhelming. The instructor covers the physical and mental aspects of our relationship to our food and health choices, and then looks at ways of bringing them together to achieve the best optimum outcome for us. He gives us short exercises to do that bring awareness to our food choices and patterns of eating, and then teaches how to use each exercise to achieve the best results for ourselves. A well rounded, interesting, course that gets you involved and taking action quickly. Highly recommended.
